Background
Welcome to Triveni Faridabad Allottees Association (TFAA) website. This has been created and funded by customers of Triveni Infrastructure Development Co Ltd (TIDCO). In the current situation it seems that until and unless customers come together under one platform there will not be much impact because it's quite easy for a powerful builder to deal with individual customers and still give them nothing other than false promises. So we thought of providing this common platform and now it's your turn to join this and strengthen this association.

Key Past Activities
Some of the activities which our members have done:
- TFAA has been impleaded in ongoing case against TIDCO in Delhi High Court
- TFAA nominee is part of Triveni Monitoring Committee
- TFAA has filed complaints to EOW, SFIO, DTCP, CM Haryana, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Delhi Police Commissioner
- TFAA has now hired top lawyers to represent customers in all legal forums

How to join us
Therefore, it's high time that you join the association of like-minded people, so if you want to join our association then the steps you need to take are:
1. Click on the new user link on the right hand side and create a profile wherein we will capture flat details
2. You then send proof (scanned copy) of flat ownership to support@tfaa.in; this proof can be anything such as copy of allotment card or demand letter or payment receipts
3. Once your papers are verified then our administrator will add your email id to our GoogleGroup and then onwards you will start receiving all the communications which are posted by TFAA office bearers
4. Our administrator will contact you and provide next steps.

17-Jan-2013: Benchmark of 1000 crossed

07-Jan-2013: TFAA in Supreme Court
TFAA has filed an application in Supreme Court seeking impleadment in case where builder bail cancellation was stayed. Court has issued 2 weeks notice to builder to respond on our application.

17-Dec-2012: TFAA Joins FAOA
To protect and fight for our rights TFAA has joined an umbrella of associations i.e. Federation of Apartment Owners Association (FAOA) http://faoaindia.org/

03-Dec-2012: Major Milestone of 150 Cr Crossed
TFAA has crossed 150 cr figure i.e. the total number of users registered on TFAA website has a total paid value to builder as 150 cr+

15-Oct-2012: TFAA Meetings with builder
TFAA is having meetings with builder to break the dead lock. All the communications with builder so far have been uploaded in our notice board section

28-Aug-2012: BSF Against the Builder Scheme
It has come to our notice that BSF (who holds 4 towers and has approx 272 members and paid value of 54 cr approx) have decided to go against the scheme floated by builder. This is a massive victory for all customers and TFAA alongwith BSF are now in a very strong position.

13-Aug-2012: Revision in Members Contribution
From today onwards all new members need to pay Rs 4500 and all existing members will need to pay Rs 2500. Please make the payments in TFAA bank account.

17-July-2012: Most Important Hearing
27th July 2012 is the most important hearing prior to voting in August. TFAA members can request for assistance with court passes by filing in their request on following link: http://tinyurl.com/TFAA-27July

11-July-2012: Meeting with Builder
TFAA team had a meeting with Mr Sumit Mittal today, the details of the meeting have been posted on our notice board.

CREDAI and Govt of Haryana have responded to TFAA complaints against the builder. Login into the website to see the details

25-May-2012: Protest Against Triveni
TFAA has planned for biggest ever protest against the builder at Jantar Mantar (Get Ready). Planned date of protest is 24-Jun-2012

24-May-2012: More RTIs to be Filed
TFAA members have been requested to file RTIs with Delhi Police against all direcors on urgent basis

21-May-2012: RTI Drive
TFAA members have been requested to file RTIs with DTCP, EOW & SFIO on urgent basis

17-May-2012: Complaint Against Builder
TFAA has lodged formal complaints with DTP, STP, Director, Spl Sec, CM Haryana, CREDAI, NAREDCO
